Hello Healthy Habits is here to help you create healthy habits today for a healthier tomorrow…one simple step at a time (so you can get back to things God’s called you to do).  Here’s a brief overview of tools you’ll find here.

  1. About is where you’ll learn the passion behind Hello Healthy Habits with a bit of my personal journey and my food philosophy.
  2. Do the Dozen is my healthy habits makeover system where I identify 12 daily habits that offer exceptional health benefits along with guidelines for turning each of them into a permanent habit you’ll learn to do automatically. This is no quick fix, but consistency delivers the results you crave.  You may be surprised how simple this is as we take it one step at a time.
  3. Recipes provides delicious ways to add action and yum to your new habits. These bridge the gap between “gonna-do-it” and doing it with healthy food on your table, fork in hand.  You’ll find most recipes are whole plant-food based – not because we believe it’s the only way to eat, but because these are the healthy foods most of us are missing. 
  4. Videos and Blogs deliver tips and education in healthy living that are missing in our formal education. Lunch time, break time or anytime is a good time to increase your knowledge and your health with one of these short trainings, even if you’re not ready for your Do the Dozen makeover.
