Imagine knowing you’re finally on the right path to feeling great. You no longer count calories or yo-yo on and off one diet after another and instead you make lasting habits with lasting results. That’s what Do The Dozen is all about.
My vision for Do The Dozen began with my personal mission to identify healthy habits I could repeat daily that would improve my health and that of my family. Once identified, they did nothing to improve my health…until I took action. I wanted the typical fast fix, but finally I realized I needed permanent habits; and habits happen one step at a time. So that’s how I teach the Dozen…one step at a time. The plan is to turn each of the 12 Healthy Habits into permanent habits you own. These transform health from the inside out so we don’t just look and feel better, we are better.
