Smokey Sweet Potato Fries
A healthy new twist on an old favorite!

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp smokey paprika (optional)
- 2 Tbsp olive or coconut oil (unrefined)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Slice sweet potatoes into ½ inch rounds.
Slice each round into 3-5 small slices (like mini-fries).
Place in bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Stir well and place on baking sheet.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until tender and slightly browned.
