Callie’s Hot Breakfast Cereal

Kick off your morning with this delicious grain-free cereal filled with fruit, nuts and seeds. It's Callie's favorite!

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 cups unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
  • ¾ cup Almonds, ground in food processor or blender
  • ¼ cup Flax Seed, ground
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp unrefined Salt

Optional topping ideas

  • Fresh Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, raspberries
  • Assorted Nuts and Seeds

Instructions

  • Mash Bananas in Sauce Pan.
  • Pour in Milk and stir.
  • Add Other Ingredients and stir well.
  • Cook on medium low heat, stirring often until warmed thoroughly and slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
  • Add toppings as desired.
