Coconut Oil or Olive Oil

Tomatoes, crushed or cut in small pieces

6-oz cans
Tomato Paste

Dried Oregano

Dried Basil

Black Beans, drained
Pasta ideas
Whole-grain Spaghetti
2 or 3
Zucchini, spiraled or grated
Spaghetti Squash, baked (use “meat” of the squash scraped out instead of noodles)
Instructions
Sauté Onion and Garlic in oil.
Add remaining ingredients except beans.
Cook on medium heat about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add Beans.
Heat about 15-20 more minutes (or in crock pot on low several hours).
Enjoy with Pasta or Pasta Substitute.
