Greens for Any Meal
Get your daily serving of Greens with this super easy and yummy recipe!
- 1 bunch greens (collard, kale, mustard, beet, etc.)
- 1-2 Tbsp Unrefined oil (avocado or coconut oil best for cooking)
- 1 onion, chopped (red onion preferred)
- 2 large garlic cloves
- Unrefined salt to taste
Wash greens and destem if desired.
Roll and cut in strips and chop coarsely.
Chop stems if using.
Heat oil on medium low and add stems. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Add onions, garlic and greens.
Cook 8-10 minutes or until done.
