Greens for Any Meal

Get your daily serving of Greens with this super easy and yummy recipe!
Course: Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch greens (collard, kale, mustard, beet, etc.)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Unrefined oil (avocado or coconut oil best for cooking)
  • 1 onion, chopped (red onion preferred)
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • Unrefined salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash greens and destem if desired.
  • Roll and cut in strips and chop coarsely.
  • Chop stems if using.
  • Heat oil on medium low and add stems. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Add onions, garlic and greens.
  • Cook 8-10 minutes or until done.
