Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients

greens (spring mix, power greens, spinach, etc.)

cup
walnuts, raw

whole
apple (pear may be substituted)

Tbsp
olive oil (more or less to taste)

Tbsp
balsamic vinegar (more or less to taste)
Unrefined salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
Place greens in salad bowl.
Slice apple thinly and add to bowl.
Top with oil, vinegar and salt as desired.
Mix gently and enjoy!
