Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 handful greens (spring mix, power greens, spinach, etc.)
  • ΒΌ cup walnuts, raw
  • 1 whole apple (pear may be substituted)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (more or less to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (more or less to taste)
  • Unrefined salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Place greens in salad bowl.
  • Slice apple thinly and add to bowl.
  • Top with oil, vinegar and salt as desired.
  • Mix gently and enjoy!
